    Tiahna is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS & MRTPI) in the Housing and Land team.

    Starting her early career in real estate and working her way into planning and development, Tiahna has a range of experience, primarily in the residential sector and student housing, as well as experience in mixed-use development, commercial fit out and office re-purposing.

    Tiahna’s skills set spans across the planning and development process. From advising on development feasibility at to the co-ordination, submission and negotiation of full, outline, reserved matters, hybrid, and listed building consent applications.
