A RIBA Part II qualified architect/planner and urban designer with 10 years’ experience. James has spent the last 8 years advising the Mayor of London, developers and other stakeholders on strategic urban design matters for a diverse range of projects across all parts of the capital. He has a particular focus on ensuring that development proposals of all scales and typologies are designed to be efficient and people-focussed from the outset to help guide the delivery of high quality new homes, workplaces, public buildings and open space.
Prior to working for Montagu Evans James worked for the Greater London Authority as Principle Urban Designer in the Mayor’s Planning Team.
