Planning and development consultancy Montagu Evans has announced its 2022 promotions, set to take effect from 1 April this year:

• Henry Elwess – retail and leisure agency (CAA)
• Kate Falconer Hall – historic environment and townscape (Planning)
• Kirill Malkin – commercial and retail planning (Planning)
• Bhavini Shah– healthcare and NHS assets (Advisory)
• Jonny Sharp – development and valuation (Advisory)
• Anthony Shaw – residential-led land development (CAA)
• Sam Stackhouse – residential planning including alternative living (Planning)
• Lucy Turner – commercial and retail planning (Planning)
• Scott Young – valuation (Advisory)

At the same time the firm has promoted nine people to Associate across its October and April promotion windows and 14 to Senior roles during the same period.
