Planning and development consultancy Montagu Evans has appointed Chris Morrow as a partner within its Rating team. He will specialise in providing advice to Montagu Evans’ occupier clients, with a particular focus on Central London.

Chris joins from Matthews & Goodman, where he was a partner and head of Rating. Prior to this, he worked as a rating surveyor at Newton Perkins and SMPA. He is a Rating Surveyors’ Association member and has also been awarded the RICS Rating Diploma.

Chris’s appointment follows on from two recent hires for Montagu Evans’ Rating team, Kathleen Marsland in the Landlord team in London and Fionn Hunter in Glasgow.
