Hopefully a sign that there's positive times ahead for the NHS Estate.  Rebuilding hospitals also presents great opportunities to re-think land use for other imperatives including housing and other public facilities.  

A key challenge will be ensuring that the whole range of decision-makers are properly resourced and geared up to make this happen in a timely manner.
