There is a lot of debate about the immediate impact of COVID-19, but I am intrigued by the longer term implications. Will our behaviours be permanently changed or will we quickly revert to old habits? The answer to this question will have a significant impact on our urban places.

That is why I was delighted to chair a panel debate on just this topic for Revo (retail property network and community). If you missed it, I encourage you to catch up here.

You will hear from an anthropologist, data analyst, developer and planner on their views as well as a few of mine.

Will there be an exodus from our cities? Will we all be hunched up in our spare rooms forever? Will we get over FOGO (Fear of Going Out)?
