We have documented the evolving story of pop ups, which many seem to view as a separate market or, indeed, a parallel universe. In large part, the retail property market has been missing the point that pop ups might simply be a representation of where an evolving retail market has shifted to. Now is the time for a corresponding transition by retail property owners to meet the increasing space demand for pop ups.
