Nearly 30 years on from the UK's first commercial wind farm the industry continues to evolve. Now a critical component in the UK's energy mix, it is incredible to think how far the industry has progressed, and the environmental and economic benefits that have been delivered. 

The challenge facing the industry, and including wider property interests now, is to harness the potential of both existing and emerging technologies, and to ensure this can improve the way we live, work and travel to maximise the benefits of a low carbon future.
