Whilst high street pharmacies have tried to expand their offer with in-store advice in the past, it doesn't appear to have made a huge impact on the demand for 'in person' healthcare services.
With NHSX looking at ways to make NHS services more widely available, perhaps there will be scope for others to help with access to technology. There's still plenty of people without good internet access, whilst most shopping centres and retail parks have free wifi.
If they were to facilitate access to these services, they could be linked to a choice of retailers / tenants from which people could purchase medication or other goods that are recommended for them.
